Research areas and summarized achievements

The overall aim of our research is to develop novel strategies for drug/natural source compounds screening and evaluation in vivo and in vitro, and to generate animal disease models for investigating mechanisms underlying cardiovascular diseases, neurological diseases, and cancers. 

 

Research areas include: 

(1) Disease model construction based on zebrafish and cell culture;

(2) Drug screening and safety evaluation;

(3) Discovery of natural active substances and their preparations;

(4) Safety evaluation of Environmental pollutants;  

(5) Development of new drugs.
