    Brief introduction to Zebrafish drug screening platform of Biology Institute of Shandong Academy of Sciences (山东省科学院斑马鱼药物筛选技术研发平台简介)

    Zebrafish drug screening platform is the first zebrafish research and technology platform in China which exploits the advantages of zebrafish in search for drug development. We aim to accelerate the drug screening process by utilizing zebrafish as an alternative model to mammalian species in order to reduce the cost in drug development. Our research focuses on the commonweal and key technologies which cover many aspects of research fields, including construction of zebrafish models of human diseases, evaluation of drug activity and toxicity at early stages, and extraction of natural active substances, etc. We are equipped with state of art zebrafish facilities and have established collaborations with many well-known universities and institutes. Our advanced drug screening technologies have owned great reputation for us domestically.

    药物技术研发平台是国内首家将新型模式生物斑马鱼用于药物筛选的专业性技术平台。团队以替代哺乳动物、加快筛选进程、降低实验成本为己任,主要从事于斑马鱼人类疾病模型构建、药物早期评价、天然活性物质制备等领域的公益性及共性关键技术的研究,逐渐形成了以斑马鱼为特色的药物筛选技术优势,在国内享有较高的知名度。

Introduction to activity evaluation technology based on zebrafish model (基于斑马鱼模型的活性筛选与评价技术简介)

   Taking advantage of fast and large-scale drug screening based on zebrafish model, it will aid in improving the independent innovation of new drug study of our country. Our platform can provide the evaluation of anti-angiogenesis, pro-angiogenesis, anti-thrombosis, anti-tumor metastasis (xenograft model), improvement of cardiac and renal function, protection of liver function, anti-seizures, improvement of bone mineralization, inhibitory apoptosis, anti-depression, anti-inflammation and so on.

    利用斑马鱼可以快速、大量地进行药物筛选,帮助提高我国新药研究的自主创新能力。本平台可提供抑制血管生成活性、促血管生成活性、抗血栓活性、抗肿瘤转移(移植癌模型)、改善心功能、改善肾功能、保肝护肝活性、抗癫痫活性、改善骨骼矿化活性、抑制细胞凋亡活性、抗抑郁活性、抗炎活性等活性评价。

    Introduction to early toxicity assessment technology based on zebrafish model (基于斑马鱼模型的药物早期安全性评价简介)

    The advantages of safety evaluation of new drugs at early stages based on zebrafish model are that it can improve reliability and sensitivity of the toxicity evaluation at early stages, shorten new drug research & development cycle, and reduce cost. Our platform has established the early safety evaluation system based on the fast, accurate, and high-throughput zebrafish model, including evaluation of acute toxicity, developmental toxicity, neurotoxicity, organ toxicity, reproductive toxicity and so on. 

    利用斑马鱼模型对新药进行早期安全性评价,其优势是可以提高药物早期毒性预测的可靠性和灵敏度,缩短新药研发周期,降低新药研发成本。本平台利用斑马鱼模型建立了具有快速、准确、高通量特点的斑马鱼早期安全性评价体系,包括急性毒性、发育毒性、神经毒性、器官毒性和生殖毒性等。
