Biography
Xuanming Zhang get a doctor degree from the Sun Yat-sen University at the field of pharmacognosy. He later worked in the Biology Institute of Qilu University of Technology (Shandong Academy of Sciences) as an assistant researcher. Her main research interests include the discovery of bioactive substances and functional foods research from natural sources.
Research
Dr Xuanming Zhang is engaged in the metabonomics analysis of bioactive substance. Furthermore, the purification and identification of chemical compositions from TCM is also investigated. In recent years, the functional foods derived from active ingredients have been carried out.
