Biography
Qing Xia received his PhD from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine in the field of Chemistry of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Then, he worked as assistant professor at Biology Institue in Shandong Academy of Sciences.
He uses numerous classical and innovative techniques to unveil what are the effective components of traditional Chinese medicine and how they work. He developed some methods to control the quality of traditional Chinese medicine using biological evaluation.
Research
Effective substances from traditional Chinese, pharmacology, toxicology, and the mechanisms.
